Smart Somatics 

Smart Somatics is based within the fabulous “Urban Angel Therapy Centre” in the heart of Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne. My goal is to help clients achieve optimal health by approaching wellness in a comprehensive and integrative way.  The welcoming environment will allow you to feel relaxed and at ease, so we can focus on transforming your mental, physical and emotional health, each session tailored to your individual needs.

I benefit from a ground floor treatment room for convenience, and this room is easily accessed from the front or the rear of this multi-disciplinary holistic therapy centre.

Its excellent location benefits from many local buses, and is 200 metres from Regent Centre Metro Station. The welcoming environment will allow to feel relaxed and at ease, so we can focus on transforming your mental, physical and emotional health, each tailored to individual your needs.

I set up Smart Somatics so I could bring Feldenkrais and my work to people who would normally not have access to an elite practitioner.  The treatment I offer will be Feldenkrais, however I also draw on over 30 years’ experience in elite sport and the therapy environment.  During this time, I have been fortunate to have worked with many brilliant, highly qualified and experienced practitioners who have added to and influenced my work.

Because of my elite connections and many years in the therapy world I have an excellent network and specialists I can call upon if needed.  This gives an added sense of reassurance for any of my clients who need further investigation of any issues.
