Welcome to Smart Somatics. I’m Wayne Farrage, Feldenkrais Practitioner and founder of Smart Somatics.
I’ve worked in the world of therapy and movement for over 30 years. My work has taken me from Premier League football and international athletics to dancers, elite performers, and world-class musicians — as well as supporting members of the public with everyday challenges and those living with neurological conditions. This wide spectrum of experience has given me a deep and practical understanding of human movement, strengthened by years of advanced training across the UK and Europe. Now, I help people just like you find relief from stiffness, reduce pain, tension, and move with more balance — all without pushing, straining, or “working out.”
