A full 90-minute session (normally £95).
Offered on a complimentary basis for new clients who are genuinely ready to improve how they move and feel.
If you’re experiencing stiffness, recurring pain, reduced mobility or neurological symptoms, this introductory session allows you to experience the work fully before deciding whether to continue.

This is not a shortened taster.
It is a complete, one-to-one session tailored entirely to you.

You will lie or sit comfortably while being guided through small, calm movements — no stretching, no forcing, no strain.​
A limited number of introductory
sessions are available each week.
Over 35 years’ experience supporting people to move with greater ease and confidence.
Sessions take place in a calm, private space in Gosforth, Newcastle — designed to feel unhurried, comfortable and safe.
